• The valuations (values) and authenticity information published on the Site are not official: they reflect a community opinion and/or an average estimate.
• The “fair price” of an object depends on the context (condition, rarity, market, country, timing, etc.) and corresponds to the price you are willing to pay.
• The Site may refuse, correct or invalidate a valuation/vote deemed clearly abusive (e.g. intentionally exaggerated value, inconsistent repeated votes, etc.).
• The Site may, at any time, temporarily freeze an object’s votes/valuations (e.g. while a new series is being added), then reactivate them later.

If the Site offers a Premium subscription, its terms (price, duration, benefits) are displayed at the time of purchase.

• Right of withdrawal: you have a 7-day right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, you will be refunded in proportion to the time the subscription was used.
• In the event of fraud, abuse or justified banning, the Site may suspend Premium access without refund.

• The Site reserves the right to moderate or remove any inappropriate content.
• The Site reserves the right to restrict, suspend or ban an account in the event of abuse (e.g. abnormal logins, offensive behavior, rule circumvention, etc.).
• When relevant, a warning may be sent before any sanction.

• Account data is accessible only by the Site and is not shared with third parties.
• You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting the team via the form, using the email address associated with the account.
